How $USDP Works

How the Platform Works

$USDP operates through a structured platform flow rather than a normal open exchange. Users create or connect a wallet, fund with USDC, and place a buy order through the platform. After purchase, holders follow the programmed price path and may later enter the Sell $USDP Queue. If sold, users can withdraw USDC to an exchange or another Web3 wallet. If the user chooses not to sell, the token is intended to convert into USDM in a future phase.

Buy and Sell Explanation

Buying $USDP

  • Fund your wallet with USDC and place a buy order through the platform.
  • After your order is placed, it enters the queue system.
  • Buy orders are processed on a first-in, first-out basis.
  • You receive $USDP at the price in effect at the time your order is filled.
  • Fractional purchases are supported, so users do not need to buy a full token.
  • If you cancel a buy order, a cancellation fee applies. This fee is shown to you when you place the order.

Selling $USDP

  • Once you hold $USDP, you can place a sell order through the platform.
  • After your sell order is placed, it enters the queue system.
  • Sell orders are processed on a first-in, first-out basis.
  • When you place your sell order, your sale price is locked at the price shown at that time.
  • Your order remains in the queue until it is filled under the platform's order logic.
  • If your sell order is filled, you receive USDC and can then withdraw.

Queue Logic

  • Buying and selling do not work like a normal open exchange.
  • Orders remain in the queue until matching liquidity is available.
  • If you cancel a buy order, a cancellation fee applies and will be shown when the order is placed.
  • There is no cancellation fee for sell orders.
